Modern convention tells us to list our professional experience in reverse order; I disagree. All great stories start at the beginning. I will tell the story of my professional development in chronological order here; however, if you would like to request a copy of my conventional resume, please click the button below, and I'll happily send you one.
Technical Trainer / Curriculum Developer
In my early career, I had the profound opportunity to travel to 35 countries, where I developed and conducted over 250 technical training initiatives. I was in constant contact with the end users of our products and listened to understand friction points. I recognized opportunities for new products to streamline our customers' operations and reduce their costs. By listening to our customers, I also learned about their best practices. When appropriate, I distributed those best practices in a newsletter to teams worldwide, ensuring a world-class customer experience and solidifying relationships.
Senior Staff Engineer
Having identified an opportunity to increase customer satisfaction and revenues, I developed business plans and go-to-market strategies for two novel software products that addressed operational inefficiencies that impacted our customers worldwide. My team developed, certified, and released two software products that generated $3,000,000 in revenues within one year. The introduction of our new software products resulted in immediate operational efficiencies and cost reductions for our customers. Furthermore, I garnered the attention of my Vice President of European Operations for my ability to foster relationships with customers and colleagues and seize upon opportunities that advanced business goals.
Project Engineer
Our VP of European Operations offered me a new opportunity after successfully launching two new products and receiving numerous customer accolades. I was asked to lead the design of an innovative aircraft system for a new strategic customer in Montréal Québec. In this role, I led hardware engineering teams in Japan, software development teams in the U.S., and integration engineers in Canada. I also acted as the onsite customer experience representative, ensuring our client had a smooth and positive experience from initial contact through final product delivery in a highly complex and regulated environment. Under my guidance, my team delivered our product ahead of schedule, within budget, with higher reliability numbers, and ensured our expansion into new markets.
Product Line Manager - Panasonic In-Flight Wireless Internet Services
After my time in Montréal, I returned to the U.S., where I oversaw the launch of a new satellite-based inflight connectivity product. I led a team of product managers, user experience (UX) designers, marketers, integration engineers, data scientists, and a customer care team that guided the product development, monetization, and marketing strategies for a portfolio of 40 enterprise customers. As our business scaled, we were able to increase Net Promoter Scores for our services by 20%, and increased profitability by 30%, totaling more than half a billion dollars in revenues over five years. In 2019, I was recognized for inspiring and leading a top-performing global team at Panasonic.

PANASONIC TECHNICAL SERVICES SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
Following my curiosity, I took a position in sales and marketing for Panasonic Avionics Technical Services. At this point in my career, I had successfully developed several products that propelled our company into new markets. In this role, I wanted to learn how to build and sell service products. I reimagined existing sales channel strategy and leveraged long-standing relationships with customers worldwide to capture new sales opportunities and increase new customer acquisitions. Through market analysis, I unlocked new sales channels that opened new markets, resulting in higher-than-anticipated revenues.
Project Champion Lead Catalyst
For six months, I was seconded to lead a team responsible for conducting ideation meetings to increase efficiencies and develop new products and services to augment our bottom line. My team was responsible for a portfolio of 35 projects that resulted in an additional $27 million dollars in cost savings and revenue over four years.
Americas Region Culture Leader
I am passionate about influencing and developing organizational cultures where everyone feels a sense of purpose in their work. I served as the Americas Region Culture leader at Panasonic Avionics and onboarded over 1000 new employees in the organization's mission, vision, and values. I also designed and executed a growth-focused mentorship program where 50% of participants received promotions within twelve months of program launch.
Batchelor of Business Administration - Leadership and Strategic Innovation - (2021-2023)
I was laid off because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead of viewing this change as a negative, I saw it as an opportunity to lean into my curiosity and earn my Business Degree with a concentration in Leadership and Strategic Innovation from the University of Washington Bothell.
EXEC BOARD MEMBER / SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY BOARD CHAIR (2021 - PRESENT)
I believe solid and meaningful connection lead healthy minds and fulfilled lives. As an executive board member at Only7Seconds, we are on a mission to eradicate youth loneliness by inspiring students to connect with others in their circles. Our team has created our "Connection Curriculum," which guides young people to connect with themselves and develop empathy by listening to the stories of others to inspire meaningful connections and end loneliness. I contribute to this cause by guiding executive leadership in developing sound and sustainable business strategies. I also chair a board of mental health professionals, researchers and physicians who guide us in our mission to end loneliness in young people everywhere.
